A case of CASE'ing!

The Midweek Throwdown challenge at Operation Write Home is using flowers. As soon as I saw LeeMae's sample card at the Stars & Stamps blog, I remembered this flower paper I have in my stash and knew I'd have to CASE LeeMae's beautiful card! Here's my attempt:
LeeMae, thanks for this great card idea. It's so easy to do and I love pretty DP as the focal point!

Hi Sherry, your card is beautiful. I love the hydrangeas and the opposite side pattern. The border punch mimics the pattern of the top paper perfectly. I also like the extra layer of matting too; I will have to add that thought for some of my future cards! I am so glad you CASED my card because I think this layout can be a real go-to for some of the beautiful two-sided papers that are out there.

Such a pretty card Sherry! I love hydrangeas and you are so right about pretty paper making a great focal point. I just to need to work on letting myself actually cut those "beauties" I tend to hoard. I agree that this design Lee Mae did is one to CASE and I plan to do just that myself!

Sherry your card is gorgeous! Isn't it fun to be inspired and "need" to make that card too?!
