I made this card for a little girl using a Melonheadz Illustrating digi and a wood-mounted sentiment from Rubber Soul that I recently found:

Cards for Kids: OWH challenge

I am so happy to be finished with an illustration commission and enjoying time to make cards!! Here's one for the OWH Midmonth Throwdown: Cards for Kids. I'm having some issues with focusing my new camera. I messed her eyes up a little but that's because I Can't Leave Well Enough Alone. Thanks for visiting!

February ODBD challenge at OWH: animals

The February ODBD challenge theme at OWH is "animals". This is one of two Penny Black stamps I recently ordered from One-Two-Three Stitch. Such a sweet drawing. I colored with Prismacolor pencils.

Be sure to whip up an animal-themed card and post it at the challenge. I was one of the two random winners for January and it's so much fun to go shopping at Our Daily Bread Designs! One thing I did not realize before is that they sell pre-folded "fancy fold" card bases. What a great thing to have a few of them on hand when you need them in a hurry!

OWH Super Bowl team colors challenge

I used my new Penny Black "Nose to Nose" Slapstick stamp for the first time. It's so adorable! My colors are mostly red, white and blue for the Patriots, with a bit of bright green and silver, because I also like the Seahawks! May the best team win! I colored this little guy with Copics.
