"Where you feel the most alive" challenge @ W2CB

Here is my card for the Words 2 Craft By challenge theme: "Go where you feel the most alive." I love going to the ocean, watching the waves, breathing the fresh air and feeling that sand between my toes! Everything else melts away.

I had lots of fun making a Gelli print and stencil background to go with this beautiful stamp by Crafty Individuals! I stamped the chairs both onto the background and plain white CS; I colored the striped fabrics, cut them out and attached them to the background.

Feeling Blue and "Distressed" Challenge (CIE)

Hello! The new challenge at Cards In Envy Challenge is Feeling Blue and "Distressed": create a card with Distress Inks and a lot of the color blue.

I had a lot of fun creating this background with blue Distress Inks and stamps! I love the blues in this vintage image from the Graphics Fairy. This type of crinkle ribbon squishes nice and flat for mailing.
