"Favorite Holiday" challenge at Cards In Envy

Hello! The new challenge at Cards In Envy Challenge is: Favorite Holiday. Create a card featuring ANY holiday that is one of your favorites!

I decided to go with Thanksgiving, even though I'm sure Christmas is my true favorite! Thanksgiving is like the beginning of the Christmas season, especially with the Macy's Parade. I used a little clear stamp that is one of  my favorites and one of the first stamps I got when I began card making in 2010!

Come join the fun at Cards In Envy, where we challenge you to make cards that are flat for mailing!

Happy World Card Making Day 2018!

Hello! There is a challenge in a group I'm in to make a card featuring another country, in honor of World Card Making Day. I love making vintage and French -theme cards, so out came this beautiful rubber stamp, Tim Holtz DP and distress inks!

I hope you had a wonderful day!

Something Spooky!

Hi! The new challenge at Cards In Envy is "Something Spooky!"  Autumn and Halloween will soon be in the air; now's your chance to make a cute or scary Halloween card--any size or shape as long as it is flat and fits into an envelope!

I found wonderful vintage Halloween tags at Polly's Papers on Etsy. It inspired me to try to make a vintage collage.

I had a lot of fun playing with this one. Even a collage can be flat for Cards In Envy style! Thanks for stopping by and I look forward to seeing what you make!
