OWH Sketch #72 MelonHeadz birthday boy

Recently my OWH shipper, Dixie, reminded me that OWH always welcomes patriotic cards, even when they are not for a patriotic holiday like July 4th. That made me think how happy and proud a child must be to receive a patriotic-themed card from their Mom or Dad hero! So I went to my red/white&blue stash and MelonHeadz birthday boy digi for this card.
Thanks for stopping by!

I love this card, Sherry, and it's a great image for sketch #72. Thanks for the inspiration! Nikki has lots of long, narrow images that would be just perfect for this sketch. Red, white and blue NEVER goes out of style either, for any occasion!!! Great job.

Sherry, What an adorable card. I love that little melonheadz. All the patriotic colors look so nice. I like to use those color combinations all year long also. It always seems so cheery.
Thank you for sharing.

Wow, what a wonderful creative take on the sketch. I never ever would have thought to include an image in one of the vertical bars. It really totally changes the whole sketch so much. Great job Sherry!
