USA! USA! Dimensional ruffle card

We're papering the wall over at OWH's Facebook page with patriotic cards! I wanted to try Sandy's Dimensional Ruffle technique after watching her tutorial on UStream. I had a lot of fun using a "Fostering Creativity" dp called "Stars and Stripes Collage". It was challenging and fun to incorporate some of the words on the DP into my design. The second card I will show is another card for one of our heroes overseas.
