Bits of Cheer: One card for two OWH challenges

I made this card following the new sketch at the OWH Stars and Stamps blog, #253, turned horizontally:

I dry embossed the stars so it also works for this month's ODBD challenge.

It's nice to be back at blogging after a long break for a fun trip with my sister!
