Hambo/ODBD challenges
The Hambo Hoedown challenge this week is to use neon colors. The ODBD challenge this month at OWH is to dust off a little-used technique. What I came up with to meet both challenges were my Sakura Souffle pens, which I've never used to color an image and they are the closest thing to neon I have! Hambo's new Cactus digi is really cute for a neon challenge. The sentiment also comes with the digi (as well as 2 others to choose from):
