Amorous Ogre: Hambo Hoedown 4-18-11

Bonjour! The Hambo Hoedown challenge for this week is to use distressing and their little Ogre digi. I thought, hmm, an ogre in love; Paris is the city of love and the little ogre kind of reminds me of the Hunchback of Notre Dame, lol!
I made a "faux" postcard using the Stampin' Up rubber stamp set and the bottom strip of DP is from the Camden pad by 7Gypsies. As you see, the papers are distressed with scissors and ink. I also designed this around this week's OWH sketch, turning and tweaking it a bit with the scalloped circle, but I think it works. Thanks for stopping by!

Sherry, I keep getting error messages emailing you - who knows why. Anyhow, used www.shabbyblogs.com for my blog and it was REALLY easy. They have all the explanations for how to add their backgrounds, etc on the site! HTH!

Adorable Sherry! Love the explanation of your word/image association and how great it turned out. Goes to show that it pays to stretch one's creativity!
