Welcome and Happy New Year! "Shiny New Year" is the new challenge at Cards In Envy, where we make A2 sized cards that are nice and flat for mailing without extra postage.
I made this shaker card; the dp is sparkly silver and the acetate is shiny, although you can't tell in the photo! I love this vintage image from Digital Two for Tuesday.

Oh my it is jsut past midnight. I can tell because of the confetti that has fallen on the floor. Very nice card and great way to start the New year Off. Happy New Year to you my friend.
Sherry, Thanks so much for your kind words. You asked about my card's sentiment's enamel look. I cut out multiple sentiments, glued them together, and used Glossy Accents on the top layer. :)

Sherry, What a delightful card! Love how you made an adult shaker card to capture the falling confetti. Very, very clever!

What a festive way to bring in the new year with a shiny shaker card! This is really pretty and I like the little pop of turquoise in the shaker!
Beautiful. I love the colors and the layout. Thank you for sharing.
