And what really caught my eye was Cindy R's inspiration card:
It has a clean and simple look, but with an artistic background. I'm not good at either of those styles, I decided to get out my Tim Holtz Distress Marker Spritzer tool, which I really haven't used, and try to C.A.S.E. Cindy's design.
I made the background spritzing Copics and then I added some inking with a stencil. I applied some white paint to a corrugated tag and let it dry overnight. I didn't have any Washi tape, so I tore a strip of paper and distressed it. Here's what I came up with:

Typical of me, my card lacks Cindy's Clean and Simple feeling but it was fun trying something "out of the box" for me and I like how it turned out. I am working on cards for my final OWH box; cards are due by August 1st!
