"Framed With Circles" challenge at CIE
The new challenge at Cards In Envy is "Framed With Circles"! Use one or more circle frames on your card and keep your card nice and flat for mailing in a standard envelope.

This is a great idea to punch out circles and place them all around. It came out so nice and all the colors work well together. Merry Christmas!!
